These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkaz governing your access to and use of the pkaz platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, account features, and payment facilities. All pkaz bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

pkaz reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time of request will result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent closure at pkaz's discretion.
Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance remaining in such an Account will be returned minus any winnings derived from wagers placed on the Account.
To access the full range of pkaz services, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, and contact details — is true and correct.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pkaz Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pkaz reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and to forfeit any balances held in them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. pkaz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
KYC Verification: pkaz is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all Player Accounts before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
pkaz reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pkaz may have their Accounts closed and their real-money balance returned via the original deposit method, subject to pkaz's anti-money-laundering obligations.
You must notify pkaz promptly if any of your registered details change, including your name, address, CNIC number, or contact information. Failure to keep your Account details current may result in verification delays or Account suspension.
The pkaz Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, Account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. pkaz does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
Deposits may be made using the following methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction:
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pkaz Account in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one business day. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.
Withdrawal requests are processed by pkaz in the order they are received. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within four hours under normal network conditions.
Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. pkaz will not process any withdrawal from an Account that has not completed KYC verification. Additionally, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
pkaz reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of source of funds — before approving any withdrawal that pkaz considers to be of unusual size or frequency. pkaz will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods not registered in the Player's name, or payment methods not supported by the Platform.
All Player real-money balances are held in segregated accounts that are separate from pkaz operational funds. Your PKR balance is not at risk from pkaz's own financial position and is available for withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms.
pkaz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence in the event of any conflict with this general section.
The following general conditions apply to all pkaz bonuses unless the offer-specific terms expressly state otherwise:
pkaz monitors Player wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine risk. Where such patterns are identified, pkaz reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

pkaz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. The outcome of RNG-based games is determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any external factor. pkaz does not guarantee any particular outcome or return to any Player in any session.
For sports betting, pkaz reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match abandonment or postponement, evidence of match-fixing or irregular market activity, or technical failures affecting the integrity of the relevant market. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on pkaz's servers, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record for the purposes of settlement.
Cricket betting on pkaz — including PSL matches, international T20 series, and test matches — is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled on the basis of the official result at the scheduled conclusion of play, including any applicable DLS method adjustment.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkaz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the Account, and may result in reporting to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:
pkaz employs dedicated risk and fraud monitoring systems and reserves the right to investigate any Account at any time. Players who are under investigation may have their Account suspended and withdrawal processing paused pending the outcome of the investigation. pkaz will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of a suspension implemented in good faith during a fraud investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkaz Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, pkaz processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. pkaz does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkaz's international gaming licence. pkaz operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
